About

Experienced advisory support rooted in organisational reality

I am Tina Welsh, an organisational health, employee experience and change leader with more than 30 years’ experience supporting organisations through complexity, transformation and pressure. I founded Tina Welsh Advisory to help leaders make better sense of what is happening inside their organisations — especially during periods of change, pressure and uncertainty.

A practical perspective built over decades

My background spans executive advisory, internal communications, employee engagement, transformation and culture work in complex operational environments. I have worked closely with senior leaders navigating large-scale change, shifting business priorities, leadership transitions and the realities of getting messages through to the frontline.

I founded Tina Welsh Advisory to help leaders understand what is happening inside their organisations and to turn that insight into better decisions, stronger alignment and more sustainable performance.

What I believe

Organisational health is not a soft issue.

It shapes whether leaders align, whether employees trust what they hear, whether change lands, and whether performance can be sustained under pressure.

Clarity matters

Complex organisations need clearer decisions, stronger alignment and more honest signals from leadership.

Ground truth matters

What the frontline experiences is often very different from what leaders assume is happening.

Leadership behaviour matters

Culture is shaped less by slogans and more by what leaders repeatedly model, reward and tolerate.

“My role is to help leaders see more clearly what is happening in the organisation, address risk earlier and create the conditions for stronger performance.”
